We assess turbine shaft straightness, as well as straightening bent shafts. A bent Turbo shaft is detrimental to a Turbo's health, as it could render the unit to be out of balance.

A bent shaft can occur as a result of extreme operation conditions. Shaft straightening methods, when properly applied, can sometimes be used to salvage a wobbly shaft.

Because of the different variables involved, shaft bend correction can be a challenge sometimes. Each bent shaft is unique, and needs to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

On instances where the correction is beyond possible; we highly recommend replacement with a new turbine shaft!
